jordan’s graduating college! marist college, to be exact. which, for those of you who didn’t know, is the same school tony and i went to. so of course, jordan is already awesome by association. but he’d be pretty awesome even if he didn’t go to marist.

so to celebrate jordan’s collegiate accomplishments, we took some spiffy new photos of him. i have to say, he looks quite dashing in them. :)

but the best part was when jordan’s amazingly adorable girlfriend lauren joined us! these two make such a cute couple, and i couldn’t resist dragging them to the vineyard across the street. the light was PERFECT. if i had to pick one place in the world to take photos at for the rest of my life, it would be this place. check them out!

world, meet jovanina. one of the sweetest, cutest, adorablest babies ever. of course, i’m SLIGHTLY biased because her mommy is my good friend. and also one of the sweetest, cutest, adorablest people ever. obviously these things are genetic. which is good news for jovanina, and bad news for mom and dad. i’m predicting many boys that must be beaten off with sticks in their future. :)

so even though she’s still teeny, tiny - little miss nina was already a month old by the time we accosted her with our cameras. and she was all about hamming it up for the camera, with the perfect mix of smiles and cries. (i love crying babies!! maybe even slightly more than i love puppies… ok maybe it’s a tie.) she was the best baby model of all time. (again, slightly biased, hehe.)

so a big fat congratulations to kristi and lincoln for having an adorably perfect baby girl. (and a big fat congratulations to grandma joann too! ;) ) i’m so happy for you guys!!

hi there joaquin phoenix, when did you get here?

i loooooove nyc sessions. love, love, love them! we shot most of laura and david’s session right around where they lived, which is smack next to the UN building. super cool? i think so. :)

so laura and david are this adorably cute couple getting married in october. (the month of awesome weddings, ;) heh.) when laura first emailed me, she mentioned that they really wanted to include their dog lila in the session. and as you all know, i’m pretty much obsessed with all things cute and furry with four paws. i may have even danced a bit when i read that.

after hanging out at the park, we went over and got some shots in grand central with our super stealth ninja photographer skills. because technically you’re not really supposed to take pictures inside the station. but we got some awesome shots anyway. those coppers will never catch us! muhahahaha… ehm, right.

make sure you leave some blog lovin’ for laura and david and lila. especially lila. :)

when we were getting started, i asked laura and david if they were nervous about getting their pictures taken. david said he was more nervous about people WATCHING them getting their pictures taken, then actually getting them taken. how appropriate then, that a city sights tour bus pulls up behind them not five minutes later?
