how to book
weddings: a 40% retainer is due to reserve your wedding date.
sessions: a 50% retainer is due to reserve your session time.

*all retainers are non-refundable.

**a signed contract must accompany the retainer.

cancellation/reschedule policy
weddings: the retainer is non-refundable in cases of cancellation. the retainer may be applied to a new date, if gina&tony are available. a rescheduling fee may apply if the date is rescheduled less than 90 days before the original wedding date.
sessions: the retainer is non-refundable in cases of cancellation. sessions may be rescheduled no later than 48 hours in advance of the original time. if you are running late to a session please call us. we will provide you with both our cell phone numbers before your session. we cannot guarantee that we will be available passed your originally schedule time. session fees will not be pro-rated.

copyrights
gina&tony retain copyrights on all photographs we produce. it is illegal to scan or reproduce prints, sell, or alter photos in any way. we allow you to use online proofs for personal use online (i.e. email, myspace, facebook, etc.) as long as the original watermark remains intact.
